You handed off the task. So why are you still responsible for making sure it happens?

One real problem. One practical hour. Something you can use tomorrow.
This 60-minute live Capacity Lab is designed to help you decide what you shouldn't be carrying, hand off responsibility more clearly, and stay appropriately involved without becoming the person who remembers, checks, reminds, and rescues everything.
What You'll Learn:
1. What should I actually delegate?
We'll use the Eisenhower Matrix to identify responsibilities that don't need to continue routing through you.
2. How do I hand it off clearly?
You'll learn three elements of a clear agreement so delegation isn't just handing someone a task and hoping you both have the same definition of success.
3.How do I stay involved without taking it back?
We'll use a simple version of RACI to think about ownership and involvement, so you can keep an appropriate pulse on something without continuing to carry the responsibility yourself.
You'll leave with a plan!
During the hour, you'll choose one real responsibility you're currently carrying and create a plan to delegate differently.
Your Facilitator:
Hi, I'm Rachel! I am a professional leader, facilitator, consultant, coach, and the founder of The Fulfilled Hustle.
For more than 15 years, I've worked across learning, talent, and organizational development, helping people lead, grow, navigate complexity, and build stronger ways of working.
I'm also a working mom and wife, volunteer leader and softball coach - which means I know delegation isn't something that only happens on an org. chart.
